Death Meets History at the All Saints’ Episcopal Church Graveyard Tour

Saturday, October 11, 2025
Philadelphia, Pa

This year’s All Saints’ Episcopal Church Graveyard Tour was one to remember! Despite the gray skies and steady rain, the community came out in full force to walk among the historic stones and hear the stories of those who rest beneath them.

Guests met the “permanent residents” of our 18th- and 19th-century graveyard, brought to life by talented local historians who shared tales of faith, hardship, and resilience. From early parish founders to notable Philadelphians whose names have faded with time, each stop offered a glimpse into the rich history that surrounds this historic church.

The weather may have been dreary, but spirits were anything but. Visitors huddled under umbrellas, and the past seemed to whisper through the rain-soaked air. It was a moving reminder that the stories of All Saints’ endure—through every storm and every season.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, made donations, and helped make this year’s tour another unforgettable chapter in our history.
