Ordering Process
Proofs
As you review your proofs, please keep the following in mind:
~ All purchased images are delivered in high resolution, ensuring exceptional quality for both digital use and social media sharing.
~ Final images are provided without watermarks, offering a clean and professional presentation.
~ Each image is carefully refined to ensure optimal results when printed at any standard size.
~ For added convenience, your order may also be delivered on a USB drive for an additional $4.99.
Selecting Your Images
When you click the Proofs Gallery button at the bottom of this page, you will be directed to my Pixieset gallery. If you do not already have an account, you will be prompted to create one at no cost. This step allows you to securely select and organize your images—without unwanted emails or solicitations.
Once your account has been created, return to the gallery and choose the collection you wish to view. From there, you will be taken to the Pricing page. In the upper left corner, next to Pricing, you will see a list of available events—please select the one you are looking for.
Your proofs will appear as thumbnail images. Click on any image to view it in full size, and scroll through the gallery to explore all available proofs.the proofs.
Ordering Your Images
Placing your order is simple and seamless. As you review your proofs, select the images you wish to purchase by clicking the heart icon located in the top right corner of each photo. This will add the image to your Favorites list.
Click the heart icon and select your favorites list. All the photos that you favorited are listed here. If you are ready to place your order, you will want to send your list to me. At the top right of the screen is a paper airplane.
When you are ready to place your order, click the paper airplane icon in the top right corner. From the dropdown menu, select Send to Photographer to submit your selections for processing.
Confirming & Receiving Your Order
1. Order Confirmation
Once your selections have been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email outlining the number of images ordered and your total balance. Please review and reply to confirm that all details are accurate. Payment is not required until your order is complete. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please reach out to ensure your order was received.
2. Order Processing
After your confirmation is received, your images will enter the editing process. Upon completion, you will receive a second email notifying you that your order is ready, along with payment instructions.
3. Delivery
Within 24 hours of receiving payment, your fully edited, high-resolution images will be delivered via email as a downloadable ZIP file. These images are optimized for both social media use and high-quality printing at standard sizes. Instructions for accessing your files will be included. If you do not see the delivery email, please check your spam or junk folder. Should your order not arrive within 24 hours, please contact me promptly.
Throughout the process, your Pixieset Favorites list will reflect the current status of your order, including your order number and progress updates displayed at the top of the page.
