It was the summer of 2021. The Covid-19 outbreak had brought the entire world to a grinding halt the summer before. With Philadelphia still being closed to public events, my wife suggested we try this thing they call Rodeo. Being a relativity new photographer, I wanted to photograph EVERYTHING. We wound up at the oldest weekly rodeo in the United States, Cowtown Rodeo. I went from being just a landscape photographer to becoming a professional rodeo photographer literally overnight. After that first night at the rodeo, it changed our life. We have been going regularly ever since.
